Our salary program offers drivers consistent weekly pay checks, whether they drive 1,800 miles that week or 2,800 miles.
Our package also offers bonuses on mileage, safety, fuel, stops and East Coast miles (if you choose to run that direction).
More than a quarter of our drivers earn over $100k, and honestly, the sky’s the limit. We’ll work together to build a schedule that meets your needs and helps you meet your financial goals.

#6 – Vacation
Of course we offer the standard one-, two-, and three-week vacation packages. But in addition to these standard vacation packages, we let our drivers take a week off — with pay — anytime they want, without limit!
That’s right – we’ve had drivers meet their goals, get their regular vacation checks and still take six to eight additional paid weeks off!
